Imaginative American Cuisine. The Morrison House Grille menus are inspired by the genius of Chef Brian McPherson. He offers two distinct menus, both made with fresh, local, seasonal ingredients. The Grille menu features light dishes, like steamed PEI mussels, Oysters Rockefeller and a Caesar salad made with toasted brioche croutons. The dining room offers three to five-course tasting menus, serving exquisite dishes like apple parsnip bisque, red wine braised monkfish, and a beet red velvet cake.

Our dining room has been recently transformed with rich fabrics, elegant furnishings, white linen and golden chargers. One way or another, every meal at the Morrison House is a special occasion.
