Try anything from Executive Chef Nathan Powers' "world of flavors:" the roasted baby beet and blood orange salad with shepherd's dairy goat cheese, the lavender-grilled ahi tuna, or the bacon wrapped pork tenderloin with soft cheesy polenta. The flavors are exquisite, and the menu is full of pleasant surprises.
