As you’ve seen on our blog, a lot of our employees have awesome tattoos. Some, however, have a real leg up on the competition.
That includes Jennifer Hayes, Regional Director of People and Culture for the Central U.S. The colorful ink on her left calf is of flowers, each related to a birth month of her parents and brothers. The artful blooms surround an image of her zodiac symbol, bringing to mind thoughts of family peace and harmony.
Additionally, on Jennifer’s right inside ankle is a tattoo of a simple seashell along with the year 2011. It represents her company sabbatical (Kimpton employees at a director level are awarded a four-week paid leave after seven years with the company).
“I spent the time in Gulf Shores, Alabama, reading and doing a whole lot of nothing. It was heaven, and really helped me to come back refreshed and rejuvenated for another 10 years with Kimpton,” Jennifer enthuses.
Here’s to memories that last a lifetime.
