Language of Flowers
Equipment
- Glass: Rocks
Ingredients
- 2 ounces Blackberry syrup
- 1 ounce Lemon juice
- 4 Mint leaves
- Splash of soda water
Garnish with 2 skewered blackberries and a mint sprig
Instructions
- Dry shake all ingredients except the soda water and double strain into a glass with crushed ice.
- Top with a splash of soda water and garnish.
Mocktail Recipe #3: The Bramble
Also known as an Apple-Pear Shrub, this fruity and earthy mocktail is perfect in place of a glass of Chardonnay.

The Bramble
Equipment
- Glass: Highball
Ingredients
- 1 part Distilled white vinegar
- 1 part White sugar
- 1 part Water
- 1 part Apple (by weight)
- 1 part Pears (by weight)
Garnish with a splash of soda water and a lemon twist
Instructions
- Boil all ingredients and let simmer for 3 hours.
- Puree and strain into glass with ice.
- Top with a splash of soda water, to taste. Garnish with a lemon twist.
