Our featured Wine Hour wineries for 2012 are a stand-out selection of top vintners who produce fab wines that not only please the palate, but touch the heart. That's because they were produced with the intent of doing the right thing. Once again, we have Bill Kimpton's vision to thank. He was an early adopter of sustainable business practices long before the concept became popular. So today, all of our hotels and restaurants collaborate with like-minded companies that share our values, so we can continue to meet your high standards as well.
