Name a career highlight. The first time that I blind tasted a wine and got it 100% correct. I was on a Kimpton wine trip in Napa and it was a Napa Cabernet.
How do you express your individuality at work? Thru the way I lead, try to keep things different and fun
Do you have any hidden talents? Sports and the ability to remember almost every line from any movie I have ever seen.
If you could only have one drink for the rest of your life…what would it be and why? Champagne. The bubbles make me happy.
What’s the one wine you think gets a bad rap? Merlot, it’s getting better but people don’t always see how complex it is.
What wine causes the worst hangover? For me it’s a Heavy earthy zinfandel I love to drink them but too much and it’s done.
What’s the most underrated wine region? I would have to say anywhere in the USA that is not on the west coast. So many states make such great wine but it doesn’t get out in the market.
