Things have been hot, hot, hot around here. Our Cooking Down the House Sweepstakes launched in May and was a smash success. One lucky winner walked away with a four-course meal and wine pairing for up to eight people prepared by one of Kimpton's chefs in their kitchen. Now our Behind the Apron culinary series is continuing with Cut, a spotlight on our our chefs' passion for knives, and we decided to once again feed your desire to win big.
