SANTA PAWS IS COMING TO TOWN

Free Furry Fun for the Holidays at Kimpton Hotels Nationwide

SAN FRANCISCO, Calif., December 4, 2009 ¾ For four consecutive Saturdays beginning Nov. 28 through Dec. 19, 2009, Santa Paws will visit Kimpton hotels from coast-to-coast, inviting pet patrons and local four-legged friends to stop by for photos to share with friends and family this holiday season. Human companions are invited to bring their cameras to participating host Kimpton hotels to snap pictures of their pets with Santa while furry friends enjoy treats and toys in the hotel’s living room-style lobby.

“Pet guests have always received special pampering at Kimpton, but this is the first time Santa Paws is coming to town,” said Steve Pinetti, senior vice president, sales and marketing, Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants. “It will be a great opportunity for Fido and Fifi to tell Santa all about their holiday wishes.”

Santa Paws will be available at participating Kimpton hotels in 21 cities where Kimpton operates from 2 pm to 4 pm in hotel lobbies on Nov. 28, Dec. 5, Dec. 12 and Dec. 19. Owners will need to register for photos upon arrival and bring cameras to capture their pet in Santa’s lap. Santa Paws is free and open to the public.
