Kimpton Hotels believes more great meetings cause more great effects. Book three or more meetings in the same contract, or in separate contracts but executed simultaneously, at one or more qualified hotels over qualified dates and you will be eligible for ONE of the following options.
- A $1500 donation to a Kimpton Hotels' national corporate social responsibility partner OR to the corporate social responsibility partner of your choice
- A $1500 master account credit to be applied to future meetings
The virtual fine print...
- Meetings must have a minimum of twenty (20) guest rooms actualized on peak night.
- This promotion is based on availability and does not apply to meetings already contracted at a Kimpton Hotel.
- To take advantage of the multiple bookings reward:
- Three (3) or more meetings must be booked in the same contract at any one hotel, or in separate contracts
executed simultaneously at one or more hotels.
- Meetings must be booked with a mutually signed contract by March 31, 2008, and must be consumed by
June 30, 2008.
- Multiple bookings rewards will be applied on consumption of the first meeting, which must meet $25,000
minimum in total room revenue.
- Master account charges must be settled within 30 days of the invoice date.
- Meetings must be directly booked via a Kimpton Hotels sales representative.
