We love familiar faces. So for our true-blue Kimpton guests, we happily welcome back again (and again and again), we have the Inner Circle. To reach this status, you need to stay 15 eligible stays or 45 eligible nights within a calendar year*. Then, wow... talk about feeling like you're part of our family! In addition to all the great perks of InTouch, we make it our priority to pamper you at every stay.

Feel Like a VIP

It's all about you. As an Inner Circle member, your personal tastes go down in our memory book (aka: super-smart computer) so you can enjoy your choice of at least two of your favorite snacks or drinks delivered upon your arrival. No need to Raid the Mini Bar anymore. Just let us know if you can't live without Diet Coke and dark chocolate, or chocolate chip cookies and Chardonnay. We know you might prefer a specific brand of your favorite treat and we'll try our best to find it. But we can't promise we can. But don't stop there; tell us more about yourself or your stay and we often go way beyond snacks to put a smile on your face. We've got your back!

Complimentary Room Upgrade

Whenever we can we'll upgrade you to at least the next room category at each and every stay. Just keep in mind that upgrades are based upon availability at check-in. We do promise to try our best.

There's Even More

In addition to offering you an exclusive reservations line, Inner Circle membership also dishes you complimentary treats and preferred seating and reservations at every Kimpton restaurant. When you make your reservation, just let them know you're an Inner Circle member. Plus, you get direct access to a very important person at Kimpton, our CEO, Mike Depatie.

Reciprocity

If you're an elite member of another hotel loyalty program and want to transfer your status to Kimpton InTouch, just email GuestLoyalty@KimptonGroup.com with a copy of your credentials and we're happy to make you a part of our Inner Circle family. Determination of qualifying elite status will be made at Kimpton InTouch's sole discretion. It may take up to a week to receive your membership. Restrictions apply to some benefits. Here's the fine print: Every week, new qualifying Inner Circle members will have their InTouch status upgraded. Inner Circle members keep this status for the remainder of the current year all the way through the entire following calendar year. See Terms & Conditions for full details.

* Note: Eligible stays and nights toward earning a complimentary night reward accumulate from year to year, beginning with eligible stays and nights since 1/1/06. However, earning Inner Circle status and Passport Rewards are based on eligible stays and nights within a calendar year; credit toward these does not accumulate year over year.
