Majestic Hotel Suites: Located on the fourth floor, these beautifully appointed 600 square foot suites can be converted into one- or two-bedroom suites. Majestic Suites each feature a dining table for six guests and sitting area for six. Other features include a full bathroom, sofa that converts to a queen-sized bed, Harman Kardon CD/DVD stereos and on-demand movies. With the connecting bedrooms - one king and one queen (includes a Fuji Spa Tub / we supply the bath salts), these spacious Majestic Suites accommodate up to 20 guests for a reception, and make ideal accommodations for business or leisure.

Robert Mills Hotel Suites: Our six specialty suites honor the famous architect Robert Mills, the original architect of the Washington Monument, the US Department of Treasury Building, and our own historic Tariff Building. With corner locations, these graciously appointed suites feature barrel vaulted 20-foot ceilings with stunningly ornate moldings and over 925 square feet of space. Suites include a private bedroom with one king size bed, 37” LCD flat panel television, Fuji Spa Tub, separate glass enclosed shower, luxurious bath amenities, and terry cloth animal print robes.  The living area accommodates up to seven lucky guests, a sofa that converts to a queen-sized bed, a second 32” LCD flat panel television, and a surround sound stereo DVD/CD player.

Mediterranean Hotel Suites: This 800 square foot suite with one king bed includes a luxuriously appointed separate living room that accommodates six delighted guests, a sofa that converts to a queen-sized bed, and a 37” flat panel LCD TV with a surround sound stereo and DVD/CD player.  The private bedroom features a second 32” LCD flat panel television, iHome alarm clock and iPod docking station.  This non-smoking guestroom features a Fuji Spa Tub and separate glass enclosed shower, luxurious bath amenities, terry cloth animal print robes as well as all the plush amenities you expect of a Hotel Monaco and has views of the courtyard and the city.
