Bezuidenhout's cocktails feature classic flavor profiles with an inventive approach - served tableside from a cart in the lounge for those that prefer not to elbow their way to the bar.
In addition, Master Sommelier Emily Wines has hand-selected a list of more than 800 wines from Bordeaux, Southwest France and California's own wine country, a list that earned a Grand Award from Wine Spectator.
