As a complement to the culinary direction, local mixologist Jacques Bezuidenhout continues to expand the lounge menu, highlighting cocktails served as they were originally intended, with authentic stemware and an emphasis on perfect ice preparation and freshly-made juices. Bezuidenhout's cocktails feature classic flavor profiles with an inventive approach - served tableside from a cart in the lounge for those that prefer not to elbow their way to the bar.
In addition, Master Sommelier Emily Wines has hand-selected a list of more than 800 wines from Bordeaux, Southwest France and California's own wine country, a list that earned a Grand Award from Wine Spectator.
