Our management training program is designed to appeal to recent graduates of USF, UNLV, Cornell, Michigan State, Penn State and other universities and community colleges that have specialized hospitality programs. These graduates, and highly-qualified Kimpton employees, undergo a rigorous interview process. Once they are welcomed into the salaried, full-time program, they receive extensive on-the-job training.

Learning Every Aspect of Kimpton Management. The program is designed to infuse trainees with the Kimpton culture and accelerate their development. Through this program, which also includes mentoring from other managers, the trainee learns Kimpton's distinctive approach to hotel and restaurant management from the inside out.
