  • Personal Growth Training. Based on three intelligences: logic, emotion and intuition.   • Kimpton Leadership Academy. General Managers, Regional Directors and home office executives work together in offsites to evolve their leadership abilities. The work is experiential, exploring how individuals fit in and where they connect throughout the Kimpton organization. The work encourages different leadership styles, homing in on what works and what doesn't within the Kimpton culture.
 
  • Training Our Trainers. By using a train-the-trainer approach, we are training a core group of managers in our home office and throughout our regions to deliver the main cornerstones of our culture and other related classes to an ever-broader group of employees. Subjects addressed include self-insight, personality mapping systems and conflict management.
