- Training Our Trainers. By using a train-the-trainer approach, we are training a core group of managers in our home office and throughout our regions to deliver the main cornerstones of our culture and other related classes to an ever-broader group of employees. Subjects addressed include self-insight, personality mapping systems and conflict management. Our particular approach transforms potential conflicts into creative opportunities that build a sense of partnership rather than a win-lose outcome.
